We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator with prior medical office experience to support front desk operations in our specialty practice. This role is the primary point of contact for patients and plays an essential role in daily office flow. Responsibilities include answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, explaining financial responsibility, and ensuring a professional check-in experience.
